North Chingford Area Guide

Chingford will always be 'Home' for me! Not only having been born and raised in the area, I have had the pleasure of working here daily for now almost 40 years. I feel that this gives me a unique perspective and understanding of the area's community, history and culture. Growing up in this vibrant community has instilled within me a deep appreciation for it's charm and character, from the picturesque Epping Forest, including Pole Hill and Connaught Waters, to the bustling local shops, cafes and restaurants. North Chingford offers a wonderful blend of natural beauty with urban convenience, being on the London Overground network which provides regular services into Liverpool Street Station, as well as being just 3 stops away from Walthamstow.

My upbringing here has not only shaped my understanding of the local property market, but has also fostered a genuine love for the area. This undoubtedly adds depth and authenticity to any discussion or recommendation when helping others find their perfect home in this welcoming neighbourhood.
