About South Chingford and Highams Park
Having had the pleasure of working in both South Chingford and the Higham’s Park Area for nearly 30 years I can honestly say that I feel both areas are ideally situated, whether your needs are family orientated or want to go out for the evening in London. In South Chingford we have seen a diverse mixture of cultures come together over the years, which has given us a vast choice of cuisine should you choose to go out for a quick lunch or food in the evening. In contrast South Chingford also has some older historic buildings and places of interest including The All Saints church which dates back to the late 13th Century.Higham’s Park, however, has a totally different feel to South Chingford with its Station to Liverpool Street and numerous coffee shops and restaurants but it still somehow maintains its village feel. With its well-known lake, which is great for those who enjoy the outdoors whether that be walking or cycling or its highly regarded Local Schools Higham’s Park has something to offer for everyone. If you are unfamiliar with either area, I would highly recommend that you pop over for an afternoon to experience both areas as I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised.Mark Salter, Branch Manager
